Brickyard Retreat at Mutianyu Great Wall

The majestic Great Wall of China is visited by more than 10 million people each year, but this extension package allows you to visit much quieter 1.5 mile section at Mutianyu and enjoy an overnight stay at the restored school house, Brickyard Retreat.

Beijing to the Great Wall:

Your private driver will pick you up from your Beijing hotel and transfer you to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall which you will tour with your English-speaking guide en route to your hotel. The 1.5 mile stretch of the Wall allows you to walk along its storied length for over an hour and visit twenty-two watchtowers, should you so choose. Not only will you walk along this wonder of the world yourself, but you will also see it from above during a breathtaking cable car ride to the top.

Your afternoon will be at leisure to enjoy the many facilities and activities available at the Brickyard Retreat.

Mutianyu to Beijing:

Your private driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you back to your hotel in Beijing City or to the Beijing Capital International Airport to continue to your next Avanti destination or head home.
