Head west to Zermatt, lying at the foot of the famous Matterhorn. As this vacation destination is a car-free zone in order to preserve its original character, you will drive to Täsch, park the car there, and take the 12-minute train into Zermatt (train from Täsch to Zermatt is included). From Zermatt, take the (included) shuttle train back to Täsch, pick up your car, and continue on to Montreux. Take in the postcard views of Lake Geneva in Montreux from the flower-lined promenade that stretches alongside it. Head to the nearby Lavaux Vineyards for an exclusive Swiss wine experience. After your drive past Lake Geneva and through the mountains, you'll reach the world-famous holiday resort of Gstaad whose soaring mountains and modest chalets feel untouched by modernity. Overnight in Gstaad.

From Gstaad you will pass through Interlaken, located between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, on your way to Lucerne. Marvel at the preserved medieval architecture in Lucerne's colorful Old Town and take in views over Lake Lucerne. Overnight in Lucerne.

After breakfast, it is time for souvenir shopping before you drive back to Zurich airport to drop off your rental car. From there enjoy a safe journey back home, or onto your next holiday destination.
